How can I support you as a Holistic Nutrition & Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Practitioner?
Finding balance between all aspects of life, is most important to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Considering lifestyle, stressors, nutrition, sleep, activity level, environment, and other things, before making any personalized health recommendations, is my way of working with people. One of my main tools I am using, is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. We as individuals, need an individualized health approach, if we want to live a healthy life or heal and support our own bodies. I will educate, support and guide you on your personal health journey. I am not a medical doctor, so I am not allowed to prescribe medications.

Services and costs
1-on-1 sessions are $95/hr
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a very individualized, personalized, and non-invasive opportunity to understand what happens in your body on a cellular level. Many symptoms and health issues are related to toxins and/or mineral deficiencies/toxicities in the body. If minerals are out of balance, the body has to deal with the imbalances, rather than providing the energy to heal and restore itself. I work with Vykon Custom Supplements from Ontario, as I can order them specifically for you, based on your hair tissue analysis results. So you are actually getting the minerals and vitamins you body really needs in order to heal.
Dogs, cats and horses can also be tested for mineral imbalances with HTMA. 1x hair tissue testing and 1hr evaluation session, $255
Other testing options
I offer a lot of other testing, if you are interested, from stool testing to DNA testing, cortisol, omega-3 status and may more. This is a great option if you are dealing with any types of issues and you wish to get to the bottom, of what is causing your issues.
How do I work ?
In-person, phone calls or online consultations can all be accommodated. Before your first consultation, I will send out an intake form by email, for you to fill out. This will take about 20 minutes of your time.
Are you covered under any insurance plans?
Yes! Blue Cross, Claim Assure, Desjardins, Manulife, Sunlife Group, Industrial Alliance, Alberta Bluecross, and GreenShield. If your insurance provider is not mentioned above, please check with them directly. Most of them offer coverage under your personal health spending account.
